The Company has adopted the Principles of the Hellenic Corporate Governance Code 2021, as issued by the Hellenic Corporate Governance Council (H.C.G.C.), in compliance with article 17 of Law 4706/2020.

The governance framework, based on European and international best practices, always considering the characteristics of Greek business and the Greek stock market, aims to promote good governance in the belief that this will enhance the long-term success and competitiveness of the company.

Any justified deviations from compliance with the above Code will be explicitly mentioned in the Company’s Annual Corporate Governance Statement, as it will be reflected in the Annual Financial Report.
