ALPHA TRUST HOLDINGS S.A. (the “Company”) informs the investors, in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and following relevant notification received, that on 30.06.2026, the shareholder “ALPHA BANK S.A.”,  in the context of the voluntary tender offer it had submitted for the acquisition of all of the Company’s shares, acquired 861,278 shares – voting rights. As a result, its shareholding increased to 96,95% of the Company’s total share capital and voting rights.
