ALPHA TRUST HOLDINGS S.A. (hereinafter the “Company”) informs the investors that, at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on December 20th 2023, Mr. Iossif Papadogiannis, executive member of the Board of Directors, submitted his resignation from the above position in order to assume the role of Vice Chairman – executive member of the Board of Directors of the wholly owned subsidiary company “ALPHA TRUST Mutual Fund and Alternative Investment Fund Management Single Member S.A.”. His resignation is effective from December 20th, 2023. Accordingly, the Board of Directors of the Company was reconstituted as follows:

David Phillip Gibbs – Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, non-executive

Christodoulos Aesopos – Chief Executive Officer, Executive

Stefanos Karaiskakis – Member of the Board of Directors, independent non-executive

Angeliki Chatzidaki – Member of the Board of Directors, non-executive

Agni Levi – Member of the Board of Directors, independent non-executive
