ALPHA TRUST HOLDINGS’ Annual General Meeting was concluded today with Shareholder participation of 74,29%.

During the Annual General Meeting, the Financial Results of 2023 were presented, while shareholders approved the Company’s Annual Report. The turnover for the year 2023 amounted to € 8.47 million compared to € 7.03 million for the previous year, presenting an increase of 20.48%. EBITDA for the year 2023 amounted to € 2.15 million compared to € 1.15 million for the previous year, increasing by 86.02%. Profits after tax from continuing operations for the year 2023 amounted to €1.34 million compared to €0.51 million of the previous year, an increase of 161.55%

The AGM approved all issues of the agenda including the Dividend distribution from 2023 profits, amounting to €0.5630 per share. This amount has been increased by the amount attributable to the Company’s own shares.

During the Annual General Meeting, it was noted that since ALPHA TRUST was listed on the Alternative Market of the Athens Stock Exchange on 01.08.2008, the total return to shareholders, including dividends, was +72%, compared to a negative return of -37% for the Total Return Index of the Athens Stock Exchange.

The Ex-dividend date is the 20.05.2024. Record date for the determination of the dividend beneficiaries is the 21.05.2024. The dividend payment commencement date is the 27.05.2024.
